The Carotid Bifurcation Algorithm Evaluation Framework

Welcome to the website of the Carotid Lumen Segmentation and Stenosis Grading Challenge (CLS). The CLS is organized as one of the challenges of the 3rd MICCAI Workshop in the series "3D Segmentation in the Clinic: a Grand Challenge", to be held on 24 September 2009. The goal of this framework is to evaluate and compare different algorithms for carotid bifurcation, lumen segmentation and stenosis grading from CTA data.

If you want to use the framework, you can register a team, download evaluation software, training and testing data, and submit the results of your own algorithms, provided you adhere to and agree with the rules.
